Introduction to the functions of the rewinder and the rewinding process

Rewinding machine is a kind of special processing equipment for paper, mica tape, film, etc., its function is to rewind the paper rolls on the paper machine in order, and then re-roll the paper to make finished paper and send it to the factory. In paper mills, the use of AC and DC drives is the development direction of paper mills. The paper rolls rolled out by the paper reel are very soft, it may be damaged or broken inside, the edges on both sides are not flat enough, the paper width is too wide, and it cannot be directly applied in paper processing or printing equipment.

The rewinding process accomplishes three main tasks:

1, cut off the burrs of the base paper;

2, the whole base paper is cut into a number of widths that meet the user's specifications;

3, control the roll diameter of the finished paper roll to make it meet the factory specifications.
