1. Safety Preparation (30 seconds)

• Wear gloves to avoid scratches.

• Inspect the power cord and machine casing to ensure there is no damage.

• Confirm that the work surface is flat and the machine is placed securely.

2. Installation Materials (1 min)

• Unwinding Reel: Attach the large ribbon/barcode label roll to the unwinding reel, noting the orientation (ribbon coating side down, label side up).

• Reel: Install an empty paper core or reel and fix it with a circlip.

• Threading path: Guides the material through the tension roller (if any) and the guide rod to ensure that the material is flat and free of skew.

3. Parameter setting (30 seconds)

• Width setting: Enter the slitting width (e.g. 50mm) via the control panel, or manually adjust the blade spacing.

• Length setting: If you need to cut the length to the exact length, enter the target length (e.g. 100m/roll).

• Tension adjustment: Gently turn the tension knob to moderate (if it is too tight, it will break, and if it is too loose, it will slip).
