4. During operation, do not scratch or cut each roller core with a knife or hard object.

The first package: Before the equipment is put into work, check whether the working positions are properly adjusted, and the parts that need to be lubricated should be filled with lubricating grease in advance. Check that the cutter is sharp.

After everything is normal, you can run empty first, check whether there is any abnormality, and enter the order to be processed into the computer for inspection in advance; After the equipment is put into work, the best working state of the equipment should be adjusted in time according to the production situation to ensure that the indentation of the slitter is moderate, the slitting is burr-free, and the trimming position on both sides is appropriate. To ensure that the cross-cutting machine enters and discharges paper smoothly and the cutting length is accurate, the longitudinal and cross-cutting machine of joint production management also needs to monitor its operation from time to time to prevent paper blocking and defective products;

After the work is completed, clean up the dust and paper scraps on the equipment in time, check the grinding wheel and sharpening the knife, drain the oil and moisture height and water in the gas tank, and check whether there is any abnormality in the running part.
