Performance and characteristics

1. The slitting machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen, magnetic powder clutch tension control, and center winding mode.

2. The main engine is the use of frequency conversion speed regulation, can automatically count meters, alarm shutdown, tension numbers are all displayed on the touch screen.

3. Unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic deviation correction (or ultrasonic correction) to correct the edge neatly, so that irregular materials can be cut normally.

4. Round knife (or straight knife) slitting, waste edge automatic discharge device.

5. Manual (or pneumatic) feeding unwinding shaft with taper sleeve inflatable shaft (3" or 6").

6. The winding adopts A and B shafts (inflatable type).
